Pacha Mama in Trier

Quite inconspicuous on the outside, quite tasty on the inside. Especially if you want to leave the beaten track consisting of pizza, Asian dishes and kebab and are looking for a culinary adventure with a positive outcome, this is the right place. The dishes are not cheap, but they are really good. All dishes can be taken away or consumed directly in the small but cozy restaurant where the experience is rounded off by the very friendly staff. Oh yes, a little specialty for such a restaurant and also the Trier region still exists: wheat beer from the Gutmann brewery. Highly recommended for wheat lovers!

Great Mexican cuisine. Small quaint restaurant. Only the night vision (chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and an espresso) I cannot recommend.

Absolute surprise! We walked past it by chance and spontaneously decided to visit because of the cozy atmosphere. The owner exudes absolute sympathy, the food was really tasty and freshly prepared. In addition, the price-performance ratio is also cheap. We need such small, attractive bars in Trier! The charm convinced us and we will definitely be back.

Food quite tasty, but nothing special. The burrito consists almost entirely of rice and is quite bland. The Margerithas are good, but also quite expensive at 8.5. It wasn't bad, but we wouldn't go back.

The restaurant has Mexican cuisine, but not, as with many others, with a huge selection and then medium quality with ready-made sauces, but selected ingredients, some of them self-collected without flavor enhancers and everything self-made. The menu is based on a modular system. There are 4 different fillings for takos, enchiladas, etc., with beef, chicken, vegetables or sweet potatoes. You can also combine these and order additional ingredients. The meat was pickled for 24 hours and is tender as butter. The vegetarian options are also delicious. I wish the place was in Nuremberg and not in Trier. It would be the best Mexican by far. You don't usually get that.
